Eat A Simple, Healthy Meal

Save the late night Maccas run and greasy pizza for after the wedding! Stick to simple and clean eating starting from 2 days before your wedding to ensure you feel amazing and your skin is glowing!

Pack Your Clutch Or Small Bag Of Personal Items

Put all your personal items together including your lipstick, perfume, phone and any other items you may need and give it to your wedding point person. This may be your wedding planner or stylist who can ensure it’s waiting for you in the bridal suite or in your hotel room.

Drink Water

Hydration, hydration, hydration! One of the most important steps to do the night before your wedding. Keep a bottle of water nearby and make sure you avoid dehydration at all costs that can come about from all the stress and running around.

Get Your Beauty Sleep

Try to get a good night’s rest to ensure you are awake and refreshed for the big day.

Switch Off Your Phone

All your Facebook notifications and messages can wait till the next day after the wedding! Enjoy every second of your last single girl moments!

Pack Any Boxes, Bags, Suitcases That Need To Be Brought To The Ceremony Or Reception

Pack all your last minute items into bags and boxes to ensure everything can be transported smoothly and you don’t have to worry about leaving anything behind. Also, make sure all your honeymoon items are packed and ready to go in your suitcases.

Payment For Suppliers

Double check and triple check that all bills and suppliers have been paid.

Wedding Emergency Kit

Put together a bunch of must-have items into a small bag in case anyone needs to use them throughout the wedding. This person could be your maid of honour or one of your bridesmaids and their role will be to collect all the gifts and to make sure nothing has been left behind the venue.

Express Your Gratitude

Look around you and just appreciate everyones help in the lead up for the big day. This is a good opportunity to also thank your bridesmaids for saying yes to stick by your side on one of the most important days of your life.

Practice Walking In Your Shoes

Make sure you start on the right foot! Stretch out your shoes and make sure they don’t cause you any blisters or pain. Dance around the kitchen, walk up and down the hallways, practice walking down the aisle.
