The two-dress wedding trend you need to try

Chiara did it. And so did Meghan Markle (first in Givenchy, then with Stella McCartney). So obviously we wanted in, too.

We’re talking about picking two dresses to wear on your wedding day.

While the idea of wearing multiple wedding outfits isn’t new (brides who didn’t want to take their gown on their honeymoon have been changing into “going away” outfits since the early 20th century), this time around the trend is more about fashion than function.

The two-dress trend usually gives the style-loving bride who can’t decide between a traditional or modern dress, the option to wear a white, full-skirted gown for the ceremony and a sexier sequined number for the reception.

Check out our favourite two (or more!) dress celebrity brides below.
