There are dream weddings and then there are weddings that are so mindblowingly fantastic that you may feel the need to pinch yourself to realise it’s real.
That’s the case for the wedding of blogger Chiara Ferragni – also known as The Blonde Salad – and Italian rapper Federico Leonardo ‘Fedez’ Lucia.
If you’ve been anywhere near Instagram, you’ll know it’s definitely cemented its spot as one of 2018s most picture-perfect affairs, and for good reason.

The first was a Grace Kelly-inspired long sleeve gown with a semi-sheer wraparound tulle skirt, the second was a personalised haute couture gown with words and symbols from one of Fedez’s songs embroidered over it, and the third featured a mini tulle skirt in place of the long skirt.

Chiara told Vogue, “At the beginning, I didn’t want a traditional wedding dress. I felt I wanted more of an evening dress, specifically one that I loved from Maria Grazia Chiuri’s first collection for Dior. After, I met with Maria Grazia Chiuri, who thought we could realize a modern yet classical wedding dress without losing my contemporary identity, and fusing the fact that I am a young Italian woman.”
With one side featuring the word ‘J’adior’ and the other with ‘Chiara.’

In the age of bloggers and influencers, we expected nothing less from one of the biggest in the world. They were there during the couple’s rehearsal dinner at Noto Bassi di Palazzo Nicolaci, where Chiara rocked a custom Prada gown.
