A wedding planner designs and executes your event — the florals, the timeline, the vendors, the ceremony flow. I work alongside your planner to handle everything travel-related: room blocks, guest communication, airport transfers, hotel coordination, and the hundred logistics that happen before anyone walks down the aisle. Think of your planner as the creative director and me as the person making sure everyone actually gets there — smoothly, on time, and without stress landing on you.
Wedding planners are amazingly talented. As said before, they are the creative director of your event. If your guests are having trouble making their flights, or checking in, etc, they come to me, not your or your planner.
I limit my practice to 15 weddings per year. This is a deliberate choice, your wedding gets my full attention, not a fraction of it.
For a luxury destination wedding, ideally 12–18 months out. The most sought-after resorts fill quickly, and securing a room block early protects your guests' rates and ensures availability. The earlier we connect, the more options we have. This also gives your guests plenty of time to coordinate their travel.
Yes. Once we have your room block in place, I handle all guest bookings individually. Your guests have a dedicated point of contact for their flights, rooms, and any travel questions — which means you don't become the unofficial travel agent for 80 people in your family group chat. Some guests may choose to book their own travel, however, I find that most destination wedding guests prefer the simplicity of having a single point of contact for all travel questions.
