This Chic Black and White Wedding is Perfect

Bride and Groom Annalise and Michael met through mutual friends – a teenage romance which blossomed and grew day by day. Having grown up with similar family upbringings, they knew they wanted to be Wedded.

Michael proposed in the snow in Victoria in 2018. It was like a dream, and one of the most magical moments Annalise has ever experienced. “When he got down on one knee, the snow was falling around us. It was like a scene out of a movie! He threw me off as our 5 year anniversary was a couple of weeks before! That made it even more special.”

This Couple attempted to get married three times – this Wedding being the fourth attempt. “We were so, so happy – I was practically running up the isle just so we got there and we could finally make it official!”

Annalise and Michael had a string quartet play at their ceremony, saying “Music is so powerful and has always been such a big part of our lives, so it was great to have that raw music being played in one of the most important moment of our lives.” What an incredible experience for their 180 guests!

When asked if there was anything they would have done differently. Bride Annalise replied with “Nothing! The day was absolutely perfect and an absolute dream. I think because we did have to wait so long we didn’t let the little things get to us on the day.”

With so much planning having gone into their Wedding, Annalise and Michael felt they had waited long enough, with enough disappointments along the way – and so they made a promise to each other to not let the little things get to them on the day. An important piece of advice!
