REAL WEDDING: BROOKE AND PAUL

Brooke and Paul first met way back in primary school in 1988, but didn’t get together until New Years Eve of 2009 in Las Vegas. Clearly they were meant to be !

Paul proposed to Brooke during a getaway to the Hunter Valley, after sharing a delicious breakfast on the balcony of their secluded villa, where he got down on one knee and asked Brooke to marry him.

Their beautiful wedding was themed classic with a vintage touch, from their ceremony at the traditional Greek Orthodox church with gorgeous chandeliers and red carpet to the elegant, intimate reception at Dunbar House by the water in Watsons Bay.The gorgeous styling of the reception consisted of a combination of beautiful white phalaenopsis orchids, columbian roses, ranunculus and baby’s breath. The colour scheme was classic black and white with the the bride in an exquisitely detailed, open back Steven Khalil gown that fit her like a glove, bridesmaids dressed in midnight black gowns and the grooms and groomsmen in tailored custom suits.

A memory that the couple will treasure forever, along with the experience of the whole day, was the moment they glanced up to the terrace at Dunbar House from Watsons Bay beach and saw all their guests enjoying the sunset and drinks on the balcony. The couple explained, “we felt so happy that everyone was truly enjoying our wedding day.” The couple described the photo shoot on the beach with their shoes off at Watsons Bay Beach and at the lighthouse as “pure perfection” and the best part of their special day.

These beautiful images capture the candid and intimate moments of Brooke and Paul’s special day.
