New Year’s Eve: the one special night every year big decisions are made, new beginnings commence, and sometimes – as shown in the case of this beautiful wedding – a little magic happens. Roger and Camille both accompanied friends to a New Year’s Eve soiree back in 2009, and it turns out it wasn’t just the fireworks that sparked that night!
The steamy tropical setting of Roger’s sunset proposal during a holiday in Mexico was a far cry from their beautiful winter wedding at The Springs in Peats Ridge on the New South Wales Central Coast. Flanked by soothing green shades that were mesmerising as the sun hit, non-traditional couple Roger and Camille said their vows with lots of laughs for a relaxed and down-to-earth ceremony.
The beautiful surroundings of The Springs property made for magical memories. It was the perfect backdrop for the photographer to capture breathtaking snaps, and according to Camille, was the set for some of the most fun moments from the day including driving around on golf buggies while holding onto champagne and laughing as they captured all the best shots the course had to offer.
Off the green is when the party heated up with dancing the top priority! The reception at The Springs was decorated for a boho and rustic theme with a modern twist. Vibrant flowers, soft greenery, and copper details complemented the charming space for a relaxed and stylish finish.
