For their reception, Mia wanted to blend old-English heritage with a modern twist. The result? A dramatic, artistic space. “It felt like a living art installation,” Mia shares. Mary Ronis Events created a stunning marquee using champagne satin linens, while Kiko Design’s hand-dyed chiffon installation floated above like a modern work of art. Studio Lauren Flora’s cascading florals of pale green hydrangea and creamy roses spilled elegantly across the tables, while Iklektik Ink added a personal touch with custom monogrammed napkins.
For the reception, Mia changed into the effortlessly chic Katherine Tash ‘Giselle’ silk gown, which was perfect for the evening’s festivities.
The most emotional moment of the day? Hamish’s speech. “It was one of those rare moments where time stood still,” Mia reflects.
