When we first heard that Mariah Carey was dieting in the lead-up to her Wedding (to Aussie media mogul, James Packer in August 2016), we automatically assumed it would involve a strange cleanse, paired with hours of gym work and a personal trainer from Sweden.
However, we need to apologise to the world’s biggest diva, because her pre-Wedding diet is actually totally doable (unlike her $15 million engagement ring). Despite reports that it’s ‘very strict’, Mariah’s daily menu includes things like protein shakes, grilled chicken, lean beef, Chilean sea bass and red wine.
It gets better! Mariah is also adding in some of her personal favourites like “baked salmon, chicken salad—with light mayo or mustard, sushi and cheese.”
