Anthony’s beautiful proposal came on a cosy winter’s day at The Lakehouse hotel, just outside of Melbourne. Ever so romantic Anthony, had booked a room with an outdoor fireplace and courtyard area which was adorned in flowers and candles, creating the most romantic of settings … and when the proposal came, it was an instant yes from Elizabeth!
Fast-forward to the wedding day, where Elizabeth was the ultimate timeless bride in a figured hugging J’aton gown, detailed to perfection, with her handsome groom by her side. Their wedding was a traditional Greek celebration filled with love, laughter and a few happy tears along the way. Amidst the chandeliers, soft draping and glowing candlelight, the reception was adorned in bright, colourful florals, creating a whimsical and timeless feel to the room; just the way the couple had envisioned.
Reflecting back on their special day, Elizabeth told Wedded Wonderland, “There isn’t a moment in particular that stands out, it was the overall feeling of being married, surrounded by several generations of our families as well as our closest friends that was truly wonderful.”
