Pop’s favorite rebel bride has done it again. Charli XCX just walked down the aisle for the second time, this time trading London minimalism for Italian glamour.
After quietly marrying The 1975’s George Daniel in July at Hackney Town Hall, the “BRAT” singer threw a bigger, brighter, and seriously more star-studded wedding in Scopello, Sicily.
From the couture Danielle Frankel gown to the A-list guest list, this wedding was the definition of main character energy.
For her second ceremony, Charli XCX wore a custom gown by Danielle Frankel, the New York-based designer known for blurring the line between modernity and nostalgia in bridalwear.
The gown was a vision of effortless romance: a spaghetti-strap slip dress crafted from silk chiffon, cut on the bias so it moved with every step like liquid air.
Underneath the ethereal layers, a corseted bodysuit peeked through, giving the look a subtle edge that felt distinctly Charli. The elongated train, decorated with organza petals and pearls, swept behind her across the Sicilian stone, while sheer silk stilettos completed the look. It was timeless, chic, and still undeniably brat-coded.
Standing beside her, George Daniel chose a laid-back gray suit styled with a half-buttoned cream shirt and no tie, effortlessly cool, perfectly complementing Charli’s goddess moment.
Charli and George originally tied the knot on July 19, 2025, in a small London ceremony at Hackney Town Hall with just 20 of their closest family and friends.
For that day, Charli went with an entirely different vibe: a Vivienne Westwood off-the-shoulder minidress with a corseted bodice, white Jimmy Choo slingback heels, and her signature oversized black sunglasses. She looked like the ultimate downtown bride, casual, cool, and a little bit chaotic.
George kept it classic in a double-breasted black suit with wide-leg trousers, a white shirt, and sleek dress shoes. Their London wedding may have been intimate, but it set the tone for what was to come: understated romance with a side of bratty glamour.
The Sicily celebration guest list was also a music industry fever dream.
Reports confirm that George’s The 1975 bandmate Matty Healy was there, alongside Troye Sivan, Shygirl, Clairo, Richie Shazam, Beabadoobee, Amelia Dimoldenberg, and Denise Welch (aka Matty’s mom).
It was a lineup that made the wedding feel like a festival, perfectly fitting for a couple who lives at the intersection of music, fashion, and chaos.
Charli XCX’s second wedding was indeed about celebrating love the brat way: fashion-forward, a little chaotic, and totally unforgettable. Between the ethereal Danielle Frankel gown and the guest list that doubled as a Coachella lineup, this wedding was everything we expect from Charli and more.
