An Enchanted Fairytale Secret Garden Wedding

Cassidy and Ben are both from a small town, south of Perth. They had known of each other for many years. After taking his time Ben slid into Cassidy’s DMs (we love a good DM)and the rest is history.

The proposal took place in Margaret River when the couple were down south for a weekend away after their Whitsunday holiday was cancelled thanks to covid. They went for a beach walk and when they returned to their accommodation, Cassidy opened the door to a ring and white roses on the bed. It was such a special moment that she had dreamt of for many years.

“An Enchanted Fairy-tale Secret Garden Wedding,” is how Cassidy described her wedding celebrations… There was no exaggeration on the ‘secret’ part as their wedding location was so secret that guests had no idea where they were going. They got on a bus and ended up in an actual ‘Secret Garden’.

They used 3 different areas at the venue to create a beautiful space within the gardens for all their guests to enjoy.

Everything was outdoors from the ceremony to post-ceremony canapés and drinks to the seated reception and dance floor. The entire day and night was magical. Cassidy and Ben wanted their day to be different and not something any of their guests had seen before.

Cassidy says, “most memorable moment would be walking down the aisle with my dad, it was truly so special.” Oh how e love father-daughter moments!

It was so amazing to see all of Cassidy and Ben’s favourite people dancing the night away. The dance floor vibe was epic thanks to their incredible DJ and friend. A heart-warming moment was having their dog Simba a part of the ceremony. When the celebrant mentioned him in the ceremony, an on cue bark escaped him – the timing couldn’t be more perfect!
