A Romantic Island Proposal Leads to A Dreamy Wedding in The Hunter Valley

Margot received dream proposal when her partner Nick proposed to her while on a holiday in Fiji. As the couple went on a helicopter tour, Margot noticed “Marry me?” written with rocks on one of the small islands. The pilot then landed the helicopter on the deserted island and Nick went down on one knee to propose.

The couple had their dream wedding in a small chapel in the Hunter Valley filled with beautiful flower arrangements, which continued all the way down to the reception room.

“I was completely surprised and in awe of how beautiful all the flowers looked on the day. I have always loved floral installments and ours were amazing. We used a stylist who arranged all the floral and the styling elements on the day which meant that the decorations all flowed. Oh, and how quickly the day flies by!”

“Our celebrant was also a close family friend of mine and our ceremony was full of laughs and personal touches. It instantly relaxed Nick and I and made such a relaxed vibe for the day.”

The couple also surprised their guests by having fireworks go off during their first dance under a canopy of fairy lights.

Congratulations Margot and Nick!
