This baby shower is the perfect culmination of romantic decadence and utter sweetness. Planned by the ever so talented Stylish Events and Weddings, this baby shower is impeccably styled and the perfect inspiration for those wanting to aspire to the ultimate baby shower goals.
Hosted on a private property, the guests entered a marquee filled with an array of roses in varying shades from yellow to dip-dyed blue, green hydrangeas, purple natives and dahlias. The flowers were kept in simple bunches on tables and strewn along the cake table, running off the sides creating a beautiful centre.
The table décor was the highlight of the space. Gorgeous vintage-inspired golden umbrellas were placed in the centerpieces elevating the space, and creating a whimsical feel for the guests beneath them. Gold was a running theme throughout. Gold infinity chairs surrounded the tables, the cutlery was gold, and the napkins were secured with delicate golden wire. However, the golden elements were well balanced with all white linen and candles and hints of blue and yellow within the table spread.
The cake table was laden with a selection of decadent sweet treats in shades of blue, yellow, and white with hints of gold. The cakes were displayed in front of a huge white and gold backdrop, reminiscent of a vintage carousel. The cake itself was three-tiered and had a sweet little crown-like topper. Two sweet towers one of blue and yellow macarons and another of delicious chocolate-coated strawberries flanked the cake on either side.
And let’s not forget the beautiful mother-to-be who was absolutely glowing in her lace Zimmerman dress.
Overall the space had a very light modern look, with a slight vintage inspired feel.
