A Beautiful And Rustic Wedding At William Inglis Hotel

Rebecca and Alex were camping on a beach in Newcastle when Alex thought it was the perfect time to pop the question. Sitting around a fire, indulging in a beautiful cheese platter and wine, Alex went back to the car to get a cheese knife. Coming back to meet Rebecca, he went down on one knee and asked her to be his wife as the sun was setting, the most beautiful and romantic timing!

The couple tied the knot at Santa Sabina Chapel and continued their wedding celebrations at William Inglis Hotel’s Big Barn which was the perfect location to hold their classic and rustic themed wedding. Rebecca and Alex couldn’t have dreamt of a more perfect, country wedding in the city where all their family and close friends could be together to watch their special union.

The Big Barn was illuminated with beautiful lighting, classic round tables decorated simply with lush green floral centrepieces. The stables offered a grand and majestic feel as well as the wooden architectural details brought a rustic charm to the venue, something the couple immediately fell in love with.

The couple along with their wedding guests danced the night away on the spacious dance floor, making it a memorable night for all.

“It wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing staff at William Inglis who were so attentive to all our guests” explains the bride.

The most unique element of the couple’s wedding day was defiantly incorporating Rebecca’s late grandfathers Jag and Alex’s favourite white Hilux Utes as the wedding cars which definitely brought an old country feel to the wedding.

Congratulations to Alex and Rebecca!
