NewsCorp Australia has reported overnight that a historic deal has just been made between the owners of 248 properties that will see a new coastal city, complete with a Disney-sized theme park be built in Norwell Valley…

WHERE?

Norwell Valley is on the Queensland coastline near Moreton Bay and the new masterplanned city will be home to more than 105,000 people!

Canford Property, the company running the sale campaign revealed the have already started talking with “some of China’s largest developers and theme park operators who want to unseat Disney and develop one of world’s largest theme parks on the Gold Coast”.’

One of China’s richest people, Wang Jianlin has confirmed that he is hoping to open a number of new Disney Theme Parks with his business Wanda Group and the Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has already met with him to discuss opening it in the sunshine state.
