This article is for fashionable brides only! On 22 May, 2025, Leah Da Gloria, the creative visionary and proud Wedded Directory Partner, opened the doors of her new Atelier for an exclusive runway show. The showcased collection aptly named ‘The Ensemble’, marked a decade of Leah’s boundary-pushing couture and trust us, it was nothing short of electric.Â
Leah Da Gloria: Setting the Bridal Fashion Standard
Leah Da Gloriaisn’t just about gowns, they sculpt power, femininity, elegance and unapologetic individuality in every stitch.
AsLeah mentioned in the pre-show interview with our team, “Leah Da Gloria as a brand can be described in two words as Extravagant and Restraint. The brand showcases the real tension between Grandness and Minimalism.”.The brand evidently captures this tension in the best way possible, a mode of timelessness combined with edge.
The label has set Bridal Fashion standards with its:
- Architectural Silhouettes: Think sleek lines that hug curves, daring structural elements, embracing femininity and hyper-refined cuts.
- Ethereal Craftsmanship: Expert artisans transform the finest silks and satins into gowns that feel as light as a cloud yet sculpted enough to make a statement and heads turn.
Modern Edge Meets Timeless Allure: Every gown is a masterclass in balanced rebellion yet classic enough to honor bridal tradition.

‘The Ensemble’: More Than Just Gowns
Warning: traditional bride uniforms are about to feel dated. Leah’s ‘The Ensemble’collection offering a fresh, modern take on event dressing.
“The collection is called The Ensemble because it’s a showcase of both new and archive gowns along with a bridesmaid capsule. It’s a collective representing the 10 year journey of the brand”, said Leah in the pre-show interview. The Ensemble transcends traditional bridal and bridesmaid attire, seamlessly transcending from ceremony to celebration and beyond, all without missing a fashion beat. Highlights include:
- Architectural and Sleek Silhouettes: Convertible straps, detachable trains, and multi-way draping that transition seamlessly from vows to cocktails.
- Couture Detail: Hand-embroidered motifs, artful pleating, and hidden corsetry that deliver runway-level polish.
- Luxury Fabrics: From whisper-thin crepe to decadent mikado, each piece feels like an heirloom but with a definite high-fashion edge.
- Statement Pieces: Bold hues, subtle metallics, and tonal textures. Aesthetics that celebrate confidence and individuality.
The whole collection was structured to perfection, It was dramatic with a certain heritage and architectural elements. When asked about the inspiration, Leah said “There were historical references with a little bit of theatrical element. Another trend that the collection gave a nod to was the Basque waist.” The collection was dramatic with heritage inspiration and architectural silhouettes.

The Wedded Wonderlandteam was on hand to witness the magic. Here’s what we’re still buzzing about:
- Intimate Ambiance:Unlike cavernous fashion halls, Leah’s Atelier felt like stepping into a bridal boudoir, champagne in hand, heart (and hem) aflutter.
- Up-Close Magic:You could practically see the artisan’s breath in the hand-finished beadwork, each sequin catch revealing more depth and dimension adding a layer of intensity and timelessness.
- Personal Touches:Between looks, Leah herself greeted guests, sharing the creative spark behind each design, proof that couture is as much about connection as it is about construction.

Whether you’re a bride mapping out your big day or a guest on the hunt for a standout ensemble, Leah Da Gloria’s ‘The Ensemble’collection proves that bridal fashion can and should be:
- Elegance with edge: Elevated basics? Forget it. High-impact designs that combine the elegant structures with edgy details to create a modern bride, ready to embrace her femininity.
- Timeless: If you’re going to invest, make it last – both in trend and in quality. The gowns are made to stand the test of time, created as lasting wardrobe staples not just occasion wear.
- Unapologetically Polished: No half-measures here. Every hem, seam, and embellishment earns its place in the spotlight.
AsLeah said in the interview our team, “A Leah Da Gloria bride is someone who marches on their own drum”. The gowns embrace that aspect of individuality and showcase the acceptance of femininity and the power that lies in it.
