Getting a divorce with just the click of an iPhone button is just a few months away for UK couples.
Britain’s president of the High Court’s Family Division, Sir James Munby has spoken to Daily Mail and explained that instead of attending court for the long, drawn-out process, couples could simply do an online survey about their marriage, finances and custody arrangement for their children and the divorce could all be finalised.
This process (which could begin from early 2017) is definitely controversial and we’re torn.
In cases of domestic abuse, it seems like a great idea; but is it wrong to make such a serious commitment like marriage so easy to get out of?
