WW COOKS: RHUBARB, RASPBERRY & ROSEHIP COCKTAIL


It’s happy hour somewhere in the world, so get out your cocktail glasses and start mixing!

Ingredients

1/3 cup gin or vodka
2 Tbsp Cointreau
3 cups water
1/4 cup Barker’s Squeezed Rhubarb with Raspberry & Rosehip
Ice
500ml soda (optional)

Method

1. Mix vodka, Cointreau and Squeezed Rhubarb with Raspberry & Rosehip and divide between two glasses.
2. Add ice, and for a lighter version, soda.
3. To make it extra fancy, consider creating these decorative ice cubes. We used a combination of edible flowers and fresh herbs such as tiny sprigs of mint and thyme. Simply pop them in ice cube trays with distilled or pre-boiled water.
