This recipe is a perfect pick-me-up, filled with ingredients that will help your body de-bloat, while improving hair, skin and nail texture. If that’s not enough to get you pulling out the blender, this smoothie also taste as good as it looks!
Serves 1
Ingredients
45 g (1½ oz/1 cup) baby spinach
1/4 avocado, peeled and stone removed
15 g broccoli florets
1 frozen banana
Large handful of mint leaves
3 raw almonds
1 teaspoon coconut oil
250 ml almond milk
1 teaspoon stevia, to taste
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
This smoothie is under 1,256kJ/300Cal per serve.
