We could rattle off a list of all the good-for-you foods that’ll make you glow from the inside, but we’ll save that for another post.
Because today is Wednesday, and everybody knows the only thing that helps on hump day is a little bit of chocolate.
Fortunately for brides-to-be aiming to eat their way to way to beautiful skin, we have some good news: The flavonols in chocolate can protect against sun damage, improve blood flow to the skin and increase moisture and skin density.
But hold that cronut!
The benefits only apply when eating super dark chocolate (think 85% or more) and most experts agree that the recommended “dose” of dark chocolate is approximately 30g to 60g/day (so a couple of squares, not an entire block).
Still, a pretty tasty way to get blinging skin if you ask us…
