This is probably the best news you’ll hear all week (if not all year). UK paper, The Sun has confirmed that the Spice Girls are reforming for a MASSIVE reunion concert at London’s Hyde Park in July 2017.
So, if you’re a 2017 Bride, you’d better start hinting to your Bridesmaids that <obviously> the only bachelorette party you want is one involving Scary, Ginger, Baby, Posh and Sporty!
Melanie Brown, Geri Horner and Emma Bunton are already locked in, while Victoria Beckham and Melanie C are expected to finalise their agreements shortly.
The concert will mark the girl group’s 21st Anniversary (yes, it’s been almost 21 years!). They originally formed in 1994 and had their debut single, Wannabe in 1996. Throughout the 1990s, were known as the most popular British pop group since the Beatles, selling more than 80 million records.
Their last performance was in 2012 at the London Olympic Games where they sang Wannabe and Spice Up Your Life.
One thing is certain, as soon as the tickets go on sale, we’ll be there!
