Lebanese-designer, Reem Acra is renowned for her breath-taking Wedding and evening gowns worn by Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna and Angelina Jolie (to name a few) and she has just released to the public that she got Married months ago to her long-time partner, Nicolas Tabbal.

However, Reem didn’t opt for an elaborate ceremony. The very-private couturier tied the knot in a civil ceremony at New York City Hall and wore everyday, street clothes, as opposed to one of her own creations!

Reem told WWD.com “My husband and I decided we wanted to have a private, civil marriage before holding a wedding celebration with our close friends and family. Currently, I am designing a custom wedding dress for myself to wear at our wedding celebration.”
