If you’ve ever dreamt of a romantic engagement party that’s so pretty it leaves you breathless, this real-life soiree will leave you giddy.

Mary and Onick wanted a fairy-tale pre-wedding celebration and worked with some of the most renowned suppliers in the industry to bring their vision to life. Onick proposed to Mary on Thanksgiving night and the couple managed to organise their February engagement party in just a few short months.

Mary got in touch with Anna from Haute Couture Events and briefed her to create a space that was “golden”, featured “the most perfect blush-coloured booms” and had “twinkling city lights” in the backdrop. By the end of the first meeting between Mary and Anna, all of the vendors were locked in – making the planning process much less stressful.

The night saw 160 guests transported to a spring-themed space that was bursting with feminine flowers, floral chandeliers and crystal chairs paired with rustic tables.
