He’s probably the most sought-after redhead in the world and yesterday Prince Harry received a proposal that anyone would find had to say ‘no’ to.
But, fear not, Fairies, he hasn’t been taken off the market yet.
The Prince (of our hearts *cough) was attending an event in Manchester, working for a program that uses sports as a way for children to overcome social challenges (like bullying etc) when six-year old Lottie asked the question that stopped everyone in their tracks.
“I want to Marry you,” she said. “I want to be a princess.”
The Prince had the perfect response – and we’re sure he didn’t come up with it by reading fairy-tales.
He said to little Lottie, “You don’t want that – that’s too big an age gap. You’ve been reading too many books.”
He then continued to make our hearts melt by playing some rugby with the kids, including 15-year old Destiny Wong who said, ““He’s a really genuine and down to earth guy… He was really encouraging.”
“You wouldn’t think a Prince would be like this. He doesn’t come across as a Prince. He’s too genuine. He was really encouraging with all the girls here. I would definitely play rugby again.”
SWOON!
