Kensington Palace has released a new series of photos to mark Prince George’s sixth birthday and they’ve simply melted our hearts!

All the pics were taken by his mum Princess Kate who has proven herself to be quite a talented photographer, as most of the photographs of the royal children released to the public are taken by her, in the gardens of Kensington Palace and while on holiday with family.

In the Instagram post, the royal couple thanked everyone for the “lovely messages” they’d received in honour of Prince George’s birthday.

George is currently third in line to the British throne, behind his father and grandfather, Prince Charles, and there’s no doubt he is going to be one handsome Prince!
