Apart from the rich tradition seen in the wedding, onlookers are also excited to see the wedding dress. Princess Rajwa of Jordan did not disappoint as she donned a stunning ensemble to mark this special day. She chose a white long-sleeved gown with an asymmetric neckline and an elegantly draped bodice, created by Elie Saab. The gown’s exquisite details, included a waist train that further elevated this minimalist bridal look.

Veering away from convention, Princess Rajwa walked down the aisle to the picturesque gardens of Zahran Palace, in a comfortable pair of white pointed flats.

For her beauty look, Princess Rajwa practiced the art of restraint and kept her makeup minimal. She chose a neutral palette that concentrated on bringing out her natural glow. For the wedding proper, she kept her middle-part tresses in a cascade of loose curls which cradled her diamond tiara perfectly. She then finished her bridal look with a pair of chandelier earrings.

To complement her second attire, Princess Rajwa pulled her hair up into a chignon, which pulled focus on her sweetheart neckline and opera gloves.

Prince Hussein displayed timeless elegance while dressed in a beautiful black military outfit. The sartorial decision held special significance because it was inspired by the suit his father, King Abdullah, wore on his wedding day to Queen Rania in 1993.

The historic Zahran Palace in Amman served as the setting for the couple’s wedding, mirroring the venue where the Prince’s parents had also exchanged vows. Customary to weddings in many Middle Eastern countries, the couple was joined in matrimony by a revered sheikh, and they formally sealed their union by signing the marriage documents in front of witnesses.

A lavish dinner reception awaited the newlyweds, allowing them to enjoy the company of their distinguished guests and take part in the celebrations that marked the start of their shared adventure.

Shortly after, a royal decree from the Royal Hashemite Court declared Rajwa an official princess, solidifying her status within the royal family.
