How To Lose Weight Before Your Wedding Without Breaking A Sweat

Sadly, it’s not as easy to lose a few stubborn kilos as it is to put them on. If you’ve set your sights on a goal weight but find that the gym is either not doing it for you or you just don’t have the time to go, you’ll be pleased to know there’s an easier way to each your goals.

(No, seriously, this will be your new obsession. Especially if you’re as averse to the gym as we are).

Hypoxi is a low-impact exercise method that helps to remove centimetres off your troublesome areas – basically, you can lose weight without having to sweat it out at the gym. It uses vacuum and compression technology to burn specific areas of fat and remove cellulite and is perfect for anyone who doesn’t have time to hit the gym every day or who needs to be able to multitask while getting fit (it’s a thing).

A typical session runs for 30 minutes and can be done while wearing comfortable gym clothing. Most people commit to 3 sessions per week for 8-12 weeks, but longer plans are available as well.

We followed the lovely Isabel Keverian of Makeup By Isabel K along her Hypoxi journey in the lead up to her wedding this Spring. She started Hypoxi five-and-a-half months before the big day and – to no surprise – she was ecstatic about the results.

Isabel had previously tried Hypoxi and loved the results, so she decided to fully commit by combining three weekly Hypoxi sessions with the Hypoxi nutritional guide.

“The first session was very interesting,” she told us. “The suit was super relaxing and the cycling part was super easy and went by very fast.”

First seeing results after two weeks, Isabel completed 16 sessions and recorded her results.

From the 19th of March to 20th of April, Isabel lost:
