Establish a night-time routine

In order to look your best and remain stress-free, it’s important for the bride and groom to be getting a full eight hours of sleep. We all know how sleep can benefit our body and mind and you’ll thank yourself on your wedding day when you wake up well-rested and energized.

A month before the wedding, make sure that you establish a sleeping routine meaning that you go to bed early and wake up at the same time every day. Getting used to a sleeping schedule will help your body adjust and will help your body wakeup naturally, no alarm clocks needed.

Hit the gym

A workout sesh reduces stress and anxiety but will also help you keep your body toned and fit before the big day. Hitting the gym regularly before your big day will help lift your mood and give you some down time to not think about wedding stuff.

If the gym is not your thing, try heading out for a long walk or going for a run to give yourself some fresh air and to clear your mind.

If you want to ditch the strenuous workouts altogether, try yoga or mediation for some peace of mind.

Book all your beauty appointments ahead of time

Hair…makeup…nails… Make sure that you are well ahead of schedule and have booked all your beauty appointments months before the big day. Sorting out your glam squad will help you feel secured and confident that you will look your best on your special day.

Ask for help

Your bride squad is there for a reason so make sure that in times of stress that you are picking up the phone and asking your bridesmaids for help. Remember that your wedding party is there for you to make sure that your big day goes smoothly.
