Honeymoon Giveaway
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to both the Fiji Honeymoon and Ras Al Khaimah Honeymoon giveaways. Please read them before entering.
Promoter
These giveaways are promoted by Wedded Wonderland in partnership with the participating destination and hospitality partners for each respective prize.
Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when entering. Void where prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
Giveaway Period
Each giveaway will open and close on the dates published on the official giveaway landing page and associated promotional materials. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official online entry form, select the giveaway(s) they wish to enter, and accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Participants may choose to enter one giveaway or multiple giveaways where available.
Prize Details
Each prize is as described on the giveaway landing page and promotional materials. Prizes may include accommodation and other inclusions as specified by the participating partner. Unless expressly stated, prizes do not include: flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, visas, meals other than those specified, spending money, or taxes/fees/additional expenses incurred during travel. The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly included in the prize description.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash. Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates and the booking policies of the participating hotel or travel partner. Winners are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas and travel documentation where required. Any additional terms imposed by the prize provider will apply.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date. The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided during entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the timeframe specified by Wedded Wonderland, a new winner may be selected.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, winners agree that Wedded Wonderland and the participating partners may use their first name, city/country of residence, photographs, videos and prize-related content for promotional, editorial and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy & Data Collection
By entering, you agree that the personal information you provide (name, email, phone, country, wedding date, wedding destination and preferences) will be collected by Wedded Wonderland to administer the giveaway, communicate with entrants, and provide relevant content. You expressly consent to your information being shared with the participating giveaway partners for the giveaway(s) you enter, including but not limited to Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach, Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, and other campaign partners. These partners may contact you with honeymoon/destination/travel marketing in accordance with their privacy policies. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedded Wonderland and the participating partners accept no responsibility for late/lost/incomplete/misdirected entries; technical failures or website interruptions; any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from participation or use of the prize; or any cancellation, postponement or modification of the prize by the participating partner due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Changes to the Giveaway
Wedded Wonderland reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway, substitute a prize of equal value, or modify these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where required by law.
Acceptance
By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Wedded Wonderland's Privacy Policy.
