HELP! I want to lose weight for my wedding, but keep my boobs and butt!

HELP! I want to lose weight for my wedding, but keep my boobs and butt!

My name is Mary and I have a confession to make – I LOVE FOOD. I’m the kind of person who as they are eating a meal, is planning what they are going to eat for their next meal. Suffice to say I’ve always struggled with maintaining a healthy weight.

As a child and teenager I was always overweight and the fat friend/family member/you name it. It wasn’t until I was 20 that I was able to knuckle down and loose 15kgs and start to get the body that I’d always wanted. Since then, I’m now 30, my weight has always fluctuated and I’ve tried every fad diet out there. So when I got engaged, I knew that I wanted to once again trim down and ensure I was happy and healthy with how I looked on my wedding day.

The new issue was that now I was older, losing weight became harder, and more and more when I dieted I would lose weight off the areas I was happy with – my boobs and butt. So my new challenge was to lose weight, but off the areas I wanted. This is no small feat as we have always been told that targeted weight loss doesn’t exist, but that was before Hypoxi.

Hypoxi is a low-impact exercise method that is up to three times more effective at burning stubborn fat than traditional exercise. Basically, it uses vacuum and compression technology to help activate your body’s natural system to burn specific areas of fat and cellulite – like your stomach, hips and thighs – THANKS SCIENCE!

It was about a month before my wedding (I know, I was cutting it close!) when all my hard work at the gym and keeping to a healthy diet wasn’t doing the trick, I started Hypoxi.

I had purchased a mermaid cut wedding gown, so I was looking to hold onto my curves (Kim K style…a girl can dream) but lose as much as I could off my waist. I really just wanted a dramatic silhouette. With that as my goal I was set-up for a program of 3 Hypoxi sessions per week in the HDC suit and the Vacunaut over 4 weeks.

The HDC suit was the first step and helps to stimulate the lymphatic system and reduce fluid retention by using negative and positive pressure. It’s the suit that makes me look like an astronaut in the video below and feels like a SUPER relaxing massage. After 20 minutes in the HDC suit, I then had to squeeze into a wetsuit type suit and walk briskly on a treadmill for 30 minutes – this was the Vacunaut. After my sessions I then had to ensure I didn’t eat anything for 2 hours after (to maximise my body burning stored fat rather than what I had just eaten) and ensure that I didn’t eat any carbs for another 2-4 hours after that (once again to maximise my body burning stored fat rather than what I had just eaten). It was seriously the easier exercise regime I’ve ever attempted in my life!

Now to the good bit – the results! After only a month of being on Hypoxi I was able to lose 30cms off my entire body as well as 3kgs! Most importantly I was able to reduce my waist by a WHOPPING 6CMS and my stomach by 5.5CMS! I went from having a 74cm waist to a tiny 68cm waist! It was everything I had hoped to achieve!
