It’s official, Channel 10 has confirmed that The Bachelorette is coming back in 2017! A spokesperson for the program said in a statement, ““The recipe of love, drama, excitement, romance and amazing dates has struck a chord with many people and made The Bachelorette Australia one of the most talked about shows on television and a hit across multiple screens.”

Although this season of The Bachelorette was hounded with low ratings and public outcry after the star of the season, Georgia Love chose her hometown hero, Lee Elliott over crowd favourite Matty J, loyal fans of the series have been hoping it would be renewed.

No word yet on who the lucky Bachelorette will be, but there has been rumours that The Bachelor’s runner-up, Nikki Gogan may take the hot spot… We’ll keep you updated!
