When TikTok’s reigning “RichTok” star Becca Bloom (real name Rebecca Ma) tied the knot with longtime love David Pownall in Lake Como, Italy, the universe clearly RSVP’d yes.

Despite forecasts warning of a 100% chance of thunderstorms, the clouds parted just as guests began to arrive at Villa Balbiano.
The moment felt like it was straight out of a rom-com, veil lifting in the breeze, music swelling, the kind of energy that makes you believe in fate.
The forecast may have screamed thunderstorms, but when Becca’s veil lifted in that Lake Como breeze, it was proof that the weather had other plans.
Guests stepped into perfect, sunlit air, and the couple exchanged vows in a scene that felt larger than life. David’s emotional promise: to make Becca’s face the last one he sees at the end of his life, left the crowd in tears.
From the glass marquee reception draped in roses to their choreographed first dance and late-night millefoglie cake, every moment was dipped in cinematic flair. And when fireworks lit up the sky over Lake Como, it sealed the day as one of TikTok’s most iconic weddings to date.
If her TikToks have taught us anything, it’s that Becca never does minimal. Her wedding wardrobe was bold, whimsical, and deeply personal. Her opening look was a flower-petal–adorned Oscar de la Renta mini dress, perfectly suited for the boat ride to the rehearsal dinner and the inevitable photo shoot that followed.
For the rehearsal dinner, she wore vintage Chanel with ice cream motifs (a nod to their first date).
Her ceremony gown? A custom Oscar de la Renta embroidered with peonies, the flower of her childhood home and a tribute to her Chinese heritage.

For the reception, Becca switched into a shattered-glass Oscar de la Renta dress embroidered with roses from the Spring 2025 collection, featuring a striking shattered-glass design for the reception.
Looking back, Becca said it wasn’t the designer gowns or even the lakeside backdrop that stuck with her most, it was the way the day felt. Against all odds, the skies cleared, and what should’ve been a storm became the perfect setting for vows that feel unshakable.
