Amy and Brandon wed in a picturesque garden wedding, filled with elegance, surrounded by their nearest and dearest.
Bride Amy wore a beautiful lace gown, complemented perfectly by her bridesmaids in black dresses.
“It had always been my dream to have both my mum and dad walk me down the aisle together. I decided not to ask my mum until the morning of the wedding so I had to keep it a secret for 18 months. I gave her a card after getting ready to ask here – in hindsight I should have asked before we both had our makeup done!” Such a beautiful gesture!
The couple did their first look together before the ceremony which was an incredible experience. “I was so nervous before the first look and struggled with nausea all morning – but after seeing Brandon the nerves instantly went away and we had an incredible private moment together which ended up being our favourite part of the day. ”
Despite COVID restrictions, the couple were set on getting married on their original date no matter how many people would be allowed to attend, but they were lucky enough to be able to include their original guest list after all.
“We originally had our ceremony being hosted by my family on their beautiful flower farm. I was so excited to have our ceremony here on that property. Unfortunately a few weeks before the wedding we did have to move our ceremony to our reception venue as the private gathering restrictions were applied to the farm. All in all we are incredibly grateful for our day and wouldn’t change a thing.”
Be inspired, Fairies!
