A Sicilian Proposal And A Trio Of Cultures

It was in David’s hometown of Sicily when Lara heard the famous question.

“We were walking around the town all day and came across these ruins that were setting set up for a play. David snuck us onto the stage and got down on one knee and proposed!”

For the wedding, the couple’s only focus for the theme was ‘anything but white’. With burnt orange and burgundy being the main colour palette, as well as the addition of dark tablecloths, the whole night was a beautiful explosion of colours.

By incorporating the couple’s cultures, the couple had an incredible night that was truly unique to them.

“I’m German and South African and David’s Italian, so we made sure we had all those together for a very cultural wedding. It’s what helped us create some truly memorable moments!”

Congratulations to Lara and David!
