7 AUSTRALIAN FOODS YOU CAN INCORPORATE INTO YOUR WEDDING

We love our food here at Wedded Wonderland, so when we think Australia Day, we automatically think of our favourite Aussie treats.

If you’re wanting to add a bit of Down Under flavour to your wedding, here are 7 Aussie treats we reckon you need to include.

1. Paddlepops

Nothing says summer more than a sweet colourful Paddlepop. A great treat to pass around to guests during a hot day!

2. Pavlova

Not interested in a traditional wedding cake? Consider a good ole Pav! Top it with lashings of fruit and cream and you’ll have guests drooling in no time.

3. Meat Pies

We’re not talking the hand-held party pie. Make the classic pie fancy by opting for a deconstructed angus beef pie. Think: buttery pastry, thick gravy and perfectly slow-cooked beef.

Girt by sea means we’ve got access to some of the freshest seafood in the world. Spoil your guests with prawns, lobster and fish.
